As of May 13, 2026, I am currently updating my review since I have lived in this property for 1 year and 5 months .
The complex is beautiful and for the most part well maintain. It is within walking distances to Pima College Downtwn campus off Speedway, is not too far from the UA and not too far from downtown. Most of the residents appear to be UA students, retirees, day laborers, but the property is peaceful and laid back. I love that the property is pet friendly and they are welcoming and accepting of pets.
Best part is the leasing management office. Ms. Ida is amazing, friendly and always willing to help or give guidance whenever needed. Ms. Gabby, is a highlight, always smiling and listens very attentively and is very pleasant to be around. They really know what customers services is. I observed it when interacting with me as well as other guests and tenants coming in and out.
Next to it is the Cuban Corner Diner that has pretty good Cuban and Mexican blend food. I finally found a place that has my Cuban coloada âï¸.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run community with people who truly care.
