1 week of no hot water in December. Gates have been open for months, people have had their cars broken into, can’t pickup packages outside of office hours, slowest internet in the country, valet trash that you can’t seem to opt out of, office staff is often rude. All of this for 1000 dollars a month after utilities and mandatory fees. Look elsewhere for housing. Edit after reply: instead of asking me to come and talk with you which will accomplish nothing, you can read the feedback in this review and many others and act on the issues that people have, the fob system is a good start, fix the internet, allow people to opt out of valet trash (pointless service that is obviously only a cash grab) and get essential maintenance done within reasonable time frames. That’s it.

Unusably slow Wifi (not possible to hardwire either even though there are ethernet jacks in the room). Inconvenient office hours (~9AM-5PM). You can't pick up your amazon packages or use the amenities if the office is closed. The parking lot gate often breaks, so they just leave it open, negating the whole point of a closed parking lot. When I signed my lease, we agreed to a 9 month lease. We discussed this detail thoroughly. This ended up not being the case, and it turned out the agreement I signed was a 12 month. This wasn't a huge deal and I should have paid more attention to the finer print. However, I ended up need to cancel my lease early. They took full legal advantage (legal does not mean ethical) of this, requiring me to pay off the remainder of the rents for the duration of the lease. While I was able to set up a payment plan to make these payments, I was often reminded by email that if I did not make my payment on time, I would immediately be sent to collections (I was never late with a payment and this was highly unprofessional). They would also ask me to make payments 1-2 weeks before the payment was due. Be skeptical when reading reviews online for any business. Always ignore reviews from people with 1-2 reviews, as these are often fake accounts.
