Mail thieves who try default judgemenfs against tenants by not telling them of legal proceedings. They got fined $2000 for trying to make pregnant tenants move out.

They gave me a notice asking me to move out in one day and then tried to charge me eleven thousand dollars for all of the months of missed rent. It didn't work.

I spent the last year living here and it was a good experience. Sometimes the students had loud pool parties in the middle of the night, but it wasn't too often. The apartment was comfortable and everything functioned as it should. The amenities are nice, and the location is very convenient to everything downtown and 4th Ave have to offer. I've moved out of state, but I miss the time I spent at Sahara. I would live here again.

Parking lot up front is tiny. Security gate is very heavy duty. I seem to always get sent here when it's raining lol.

The leasing manager ida Terrell is very rude and has major attitude and makes it feel very uncomfortable to live as well as pocket watches tenant and like to blurt out how tenants pay their rent and is just very unprofessional
