Super friendly to international students. Ida is very nice and helped us to set up everything to move in. We had a student who lived here several years ago. The apartment made the leasing much easier for the international students. The environment is better than previously. Nice pools. Clean laundry. Thanks for your services!

The manager told me we are " Children of God" and then wrongfully accused me of calling her "baby". I said maybe, no way I said baby. Wasn't even close to thinking it.

Someone needs to stop using this as a peeing post. And the management need to hire a pressure washer. This is an old photo, but the stain is still there now.

It was okay until the new property manager posted a meet and greet With Food and then only offered chips. Asking for strict vehicle legal obedience is tough given the state of the property and all of the signs falling apart. When the posted signage is renewed, I might consider listening to official requests again.... It was poor taste to offer food and then give none and then to ask for people to obey vehicle tags. Noise.

I'll start with the cons to look out for but overall i really enjoyed my year long stay. Cons: Laundry rooms are small and a bit pricy. Hallways don't have the best ventilation and if someone nukes it with perfume then you'll be smelling it for a week. Also if you're on the bottom floor you'll probably see a few roaches but the team is very responsive at spraying if you call it in. Pros: The location is very nice. I can bike to the ua campus within 10 minutes and I can walk to the downtown bars in 15. The best thing about this place is the amenities. Beautiful relaxation area by a nice pool with some good shade, a small but good gym, a club room with ping pong and pool table. It all just looks really lovely. Repair team works well and responds fast. Ida is really nice and is super helpful. Also security is pretty heavily enforced and they'll even host classes on it. Overall very chill place with good management!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Daughter is a current UofA student , recently moved in. ‘Miss Ida’ is AMAZING!!!! Very excited to see and hear about her first year living here. The amenities are INSANE!!! Just WOW! Pool, Hot Tub, gym, computer and recreational rooms, ping pong etc..,what more can you ask for. The price for a studio and space is well worth it. Thank you Sahara Apartments.
