I really enjoy living here, the workers are nice and the environment is safe, however this summer there is not ac in the gym which it makes impossible to work out, the pool also currently looks nasty. I would like to add how sweet and respectful are the workers here, such as Felix, Michael and Ida. As an international student, I have always felt welcomed and respected. Besides that, I can walk to the university everyday without an issue.

I've lived here for about two years and just love it. Felix and Michael, our charming and all around delightful maintenance men, fixed my air conditioning immediately when it was needed - no suffering! Ida is always so sweet and helpful when I'm in the office, as well. Cute apartments with great mountain views, but it's the employees who make the Sahara home.

I used to love living here. I live here currently (August 2024) and now, due to the new management, I am not planning on staying here much longer. Neither are a few of my neighbors. The manager sends nasty, threatening emails to residents. She is on a high horse and needs to tone it down. We pay to live here, not be bossed around by a lady who doesn’t even know us or the property. Since Michelle started working here, Ida is the sole person responsible for EVERYTHING. You can tell she’s being put under immense pressure, but she’s not even in the position that should be dealing with that stress. I refuse to renew my lease if they keep Michelle as the manager. She is ruining the complex and she came in threatening the residents like she’s the police or something. Total authoritarian and disgusting behavior. I used to love this place, but she has single-handedly ruined it for me.

The management likes to micro manage tenants and likes to nit pick at every little thing they don't like, they try to say there's age limits on certain amenities but have no signs or nothing in the lease that states any them have an age limit they're very racist and like to stereotype people and way to over priced for the whole complex to be a roach infested place and them not doing anything about the roaches their maintenance people caused by keeping roach infested appliances in their maintenance room
