A terrible place to live. The road outside is extremely noisy, and the neighbors in the apartment are very inconsiderate. They often host parties late at night, talk and laugh loudly, and chat on the balcony — at 2 AM. This isn’t an occasional occurrence; it happens several times a week. The management is also very indifferent. They only send emails reminding residents to dispose of trash properly, but they don’t address disruptive neighbors at all. Please consider other apartments; I honestly can’t think of any advantages to living here.

Yesterday afternoon the manager of your property Michelle took me on a tour of your very well manacured grounds, the comfortable club house she was very knowledgeable and clear with her answers & questions that all future clients have. She was clear sharp with all the questions I asked on a professional level. I enjoyed the time with her during the tour I am seriously considering becoming a client at your property. Very happy with the clean organized safe complex.

Impossible to sleep in; leaf blowers BLARING LOUD twice a week at 7:30 am. Arizona has palm trees; there are no leafs to blow. It's just loud obnoxious leaf blowers blaring for two hours straight. Very annoying

I am updating my review from the last time. I have moved in after my tour and I love it. I wish I could leave a 5 star on here everyday. I am always doing Google reviews on things and going through and reading some of the Sahara reviews I just don't understand. If you have a problem then go talk to someone. Michelle and Ida in the office since I have been here have always been on top of anything I ask for. Good job Sahara Apartments. I plan on telling everyone about it.

I toured this apartment complex last week with a friend and had a great experience! I met the manager, Michelle, who was so friendly and welcoming, and the leasing agent, Ida, was incredibly Knowledgeable and helpful. They both made the process smooth and enjoyable. I'm really hoping we can get into this place-it seems like an amazing community!
