Very nice staff, kind of run down property Edit: took the tour of the whole property and stayed with a friend for a while. Was enough time to form an opinion.

There was an ant infestation when my friend moved in, but it's overall been alright. It's expensive for the quality and mostly the advantage is being close to the UA and downtown.

Great apartment for students. The apartment is QUIET. I have lived here for 4 years, and not a single party which is great for students who want to study in peace. Maintenance is responsive and you get a good deal for the price. Staff is also wonderful. Internet has gotten good here too. Also, you don't hear neighbors and upstairs noise. Someone would need to be screaming to hear anything.

Very clean, 55 camera s on site , wow your safe here, it's also huge, park like settings pool a lot bigger then it looked from out side. Very nice

I went on a tour of the student housing at the Sahara and I loved the look of the facility, the amenities it has, and the office person was very nice.
