The management is terrible. They are unable to distinguish between payments from myself or from my roommate, and several times charged me fees or even an additional month of rent that I did not owe. My apartment was crawling with cockroaches and it took about a month for anyone to respond to concerns about the obvious roach problem. I wouldn't recommend living here.

New management is terrible. They have overcharged me every month and it takes weeks of hounding them to correct my account. They don't care about the tenants at all.

Not a good place "anymore" since the management has changed a few months ago. Do not make a most regrettable mistake.
