The reason I am writing this review is because I had an inappropriate interaction with 2 staff members in the office while attempting to pick up items that my friend, the one who lived there, left in his room when he moved. There were other potential customers speaking to one of the staff while she asked me what I was there for. After explaining that I am just there to pick up the items that were left she began speaking to me in a hostile voice stating that my friend needed to email them with a written notice. My friend called the office staff prior to confirm it was okay. I also called ahead of time to make sure it was okay which I was also not informed of this. She continued with her disrespectful tone when another lady with blonde hair started to talk. She asked what was going on and I explain that I was just wanting to pick up the items. I told them my friend called and I did and that the staff on the phone said it was okay. I also clarified and stated that I did not mind asking my friend to send them an email. Itâs not a big deal. I offered to call him right then and there. She stated no. She stated âthis wonât be happening today.â She appeared to not care and was bluntly rude. I just wanted to let anyone who is potentially wanting to reside here that I would definitely not recommend! I am not even a residence here and they couldnât even treat me decently for something that was just a miscommunication. Plus, there were literally other people in the office while this was happening. The two ladies in that office are clearly unprofessional, inappropriate, and do not have any communication skills to interact with people. There are a lot other cheaper places near U of A for the majority of students that look at these apartments as a place to reside. Thereâs also just nicer people to interact with, no need to have to live in a complex with staff like that.
