Lived here for a year and a half. Ida the Property Manager is excellent. Apartments are nicely done, includes a built in microwave and very quiet due to the brick wall construction, cannot hear your neighbor at all. You will love the floors, beautiful and easy to keep clean. There are package lockers for deliveries and the location is convenient. Served my needs for the time I was here. A suggestion would be to choose the location of your apartment in the complex based on what is important to you i.e. Apartments on the top floors do have great views and more privacy.

This is such a cute place to live! Staff are super friendly and helpful! The website could be updated as far as listing apartments as furnished (my only had a twin bed frame upon move in). Amenities are great and it would be nice if hours were extended to 24hr. Complex is safe and Iâm excited to use the pool once it gets fixed.

I have been living in this apartment for seven years, since 2015. And I came here for UA. The apartment was remodeled very well. Also, the maintenance service is excellent. But, here are my comments about the belly trash can services; I know it would be convenient and significant for some people. If the services can be set up as an option, which means who needs the service then pays for $25 each month, that would be awesome. Also, if the grocery delivery staff could have the access code of the front door, it would be more convenient for the renters. Overall, I like this apartment. Have a strong feeling about it, especially in these seven years.

Nice apartment complex the ladies in the office are nice and very helpful even tho we didn't rent with them. Price for a studio to expensive.

Not living here will be the smartest choice you've ever made. This place is literally robbery. - $35/month for UNCOVERED parking - $30+/month for VALET TRASH ("you may not opt out cuz you're billed for this monthly" LOL) - $20/month for regular trash (yes, you're billed for BOTH valet trash AND regular trash) - $29.5 service fee?? - $2.95+/month to pay for your rent even with bank account info Who knows what's next? $100/month for VALET PARKING in an uncovered lot?

I absolutely love this place â¤ï¸. The staff are the best! Especially Ida!!â¤ When I came in to ask about a rental, she acknowledged my service dog Toby and I immediately even though she was helping someone. Every person that came in, she acknowledged. Even with all of the paperwork she was going through with each of us, she was thorough and patient and kind. What an extraordinary, multitasking, professional! It was a great experience and she delivered!! I hope your company realizes what a hardworking crew you have here in your Tucson Arizona business. When I came here I had been looking for an apartment for a few weeks, Ida went to work and had me in my apartment within a few days. When she told me I was approved, I started to cry, so happy and relieved to be able to call Sahara Apartments in Tucson Arizona my new home..she said..don't cry, you'll make me cry too, don't get me started!!â¤ What a great person, what a heart!!â¤ I love it here!! She took the time to show the property and all of the amenities it comes with. Other companies could learn alot from her. You know, she's a hero!! She helps people and that's what a hero does. Getting an apartment is life changing! You can only hope, that when you walk in to apply for a new place, that whoever is behind the desk, cares and appreciates you and how difficult it is to be there, looking and hoping that this apartment is the one, that your search is over.â¤Thank you Sahara Apartments for being my little service dog Toby and I 's new home, thank you to Ida too, she made it possible with her hard work and commitment to her job.Thank you, Darvi Largeâ¤ ~ So now it's been a little over 6 months since I wrote that review. Sahara Apartments is one of the best places to live in Tucson. I love my apartment. It's like paradise here. It really is. We really have a problem here with the homeless. we have some security and there are walls and theyre supposed to be putting in a new fob system. Controlled access makes this place like an oasis. Sahara Apartments...is the coolest place to live in Tucson.
