Do not live here. There are so many problems here that it's not even worth the time to type them all out. Currently, THEY LOCKED THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHILE MY CLOTHES WERE IN THERE. THE DRYER WAS ON WHEN THEY LOCKED THE DOOR. NO WHERE is it stated that they lock the laundry room. It wasn't even midnight yet, it was 11:46pm. The dryer was still on. You can hear the dryer through the door. I am without clothing right now. Emergency maintenance isn't picking up. There is no excuse for this.

HORRIBLE! SCAMMER LANDLORD.The new management is the downfall of a once great place. When I moved in it was wonderful but ever since new management took over, you will get gauged for money! They will scam you every turn they get. Ever paid over $75 for monthly garbage fees? Sign now to experience your first!! Seriously though, don't sign a lease here!!!! Do not fall for any contracts or even lease renewals!! Recently had to spend even more getting a lawyer involved just to prove how much they were scamming me for months. Since new "management" took over it's become the most un enjoyable place to live. Also hope you don't like ordering ANYTHING because your packages will go missing and then you'll receive a "coincidental" text about how they're not responsible for packages

This place is just horrible. I do not like management here and the people who are your neighbors can be creepy and super nosy. The new management has caused me so many issues it’s so frustrating. I don’t like how they can take a couple of weeks to get something fixed. You get charged for the dumbest things. The management doesn’t communicate with you on anything. The bathrooms have really bad ventilation. The only “renovated” things are the floors, stove fridge and toilet. Everything else is pretty much the exact same. People will steal your packages. If you report something stolen to the office that take weeks to keep you posted. Sometimes you get bugs and cockroaches depending on the room you are in. You may sometimes wake up to people yelling and pounding on the door. There new system to pay rent is honestly bad. I prefer the old system we had before new management.

Don't live here there prices are ridiculous and threw the rough, the manager is a inconsiderate a-hole who decides to charge people to move out that same day or doesn't tell anyone that the utilities or rent is getting raised even though you sign a lease for a certain amount of payment you need to pay each month. Their walkways are a complete mess. This place is a overpriced and the apartments next to them are way better and way cheaper so check them out instead.

Be aware that this property is run by a predatory lessor. In the lease agreement it stipulates that renters may pay rent ‘before or on the 1st of the month’ but they post utilities on the 1st of the month & make no mention of this in the lease agreement or in person. Late fees are extremely high. Lease at your own risk. Reply: The problem is that your lease agreement directly contradicts your policy. I spoke with Antonio and he simply said that the lease agreement doesn’t have to contain information about when payments are posted. The fact that your lease agreement uses vague language to imply that we can pay the entirety of our rent before the 1st & the omittance of specific information regarding when utility payments are posted makes it seem like this is an intentional way of increasing revenues.

It's not a terrible place. There a like issues here and there. But my biggest issue is I have be here for almost a year and they still haven't given me my washer and dryer. On top of that my stove cracked and it be a month of them saying the parts are coming. It's getting really annoying with mostly both those problems. Things should change here.

The internet here is genuinely awful, even on Ethernet I can't regularly get under 150 ping to any server. If you play any online games I would seriously think twice before living here. If not, the apartments themselves are nice, but not necessarily the best value consideing the price. EDIT: This place has the worst management of any place I've lived at. They removed all of our ceiling fans for no reason, and they closed the laundry room 20 minutes early while my clothes and bedsheets were still in them, so I had to sleep on a bare mattress. They are all incompetent
