I absolutely love this place â¤ï¸. The staff are the best! Especially Ida!!⤠When I came in to ask about a rental, she acknowledged me and my service dog Toby immediately even though she was helping someone else. I saw her helping a hearing impaired man. She showed compassion and respect for him. Every person that came in, she acknowledged. Even with all of the paperwork she was going through with each of us, she was thorough and patient and kind. What an extraordinary, multitasking, professional! It was a great experience and she delivered!! I hope your company realizes what a hardworking crew you have here in your Tucson Arizona business. I was overwhelmed when I came in. I had been looking for an apartment for a few days. Ida went to work and had me in my apartment within a few days. When she told me I was approved, I started to cry, so happy and relieved to be able to call Sahara Apartments in Tucson Arizona my new home..she said..don't cry, you'll make me cry too, don't get me started!!⤠What a great person, what a heart!!⤠I love it here!! She took the time to make sure I understood everything and showed the property and all of the amenities it comes with. Other companies could learn alot from her. You know, she's a hero!! She helps people and that's what a hero does. Getting an apartment is life changing! You can only hope, that when you walk in to apply for a new place, that whoever is behind the desk, cares and appreciates you and how difficult it is to be there, looking and hoping that this apartment is the one, that your search is over.â¤Thank you Sahara Apartments for being my little service dog Toby and I 's new home, thank you to Ida too, she made it possible with her hard work and commitment to her job.Thank you, Darvi Large⤠~ So now it's been a little over 6 months since I wrote that review. Sahara Apartments is one of the best places to live in Tucson. I love my apartment. It's like paradise here. It really is. There are a lot of homeless people about 2 blocks north of here. We really don't have a problem here with the homeless because we have security and there are walls surrounding the property. I have called security about homeless people here on the property but often by the time security showed up they were gone. At that time I thought the security was here on the property 24/7 and that they worked for Sahara Apartments exclusively. A man came up the stairs to where I was standing. It scared me. I asked if he lived here he said no. I told him he couldn't be here to leave. Then we heard keys jangling and he said " I'm doordash". I said what apartment number? He said, 3410. I told him to go through the glass doors and turn left. He took off. A few seconds later, here comes security up the stairs and asks where that guy went. I said he's doordash, he went that way. Security said "he's not doordash. I've been following him". Scared me half to death. The security guard proceeded to tell me all about the job he does. Blaming Sahara Apartments for the homeless people coming thru the gates and said he was only paid to come here 3 times a night. He said if Sahara Apartments paid more then he would come more. Security called my home at 1030pm one night and asked me to come down to the pool. They wanted me to identify someone that said they lived here. I was glad to help. The same security guard told me I needed to quit making false reports a few nights ago. I have never done that. I think he was showing off in front of his manager which he brought with him. He was aggressive and rude. I called security because 3 men and 2 women were in our jacuzzi with clothes on. Obviously they didn't live here. But they lied to the security and he then turned his aggression on me. If security had names and apartment numbers then they could verify if someone lives here. After security left my chest hurt. I was right about calling Saturday night The jacuzzi was filthy when they left and stayed locked Sunday. Thanks to Felix for coming in and cleaning up the mess. Still love it here. I'm blessed to be here.â¤Thank you â¤ï¸
