while my move-in process was a mess, I truly think it was worth it! I do enjoy MOST of what these apartments have to offer, but I do have a few suggestions coming from a few renters here: 1. The valet trash service has yet to take effect, although we are charged every month for this service. 2. We do not have 24/7 access to all of our amenities. 3. I personally and currently have furniture sitting on my patio (I didnât want furnishings and my apartment came with a desk, which I was instructed to put on my patio until maintenance came to remove) for OVER A MONTH waiting for it to be removed!! 4. I, along with a few others that Iâve talked to, are also still on a list for pest controlâ¦ please come get rid of our creepy crawlers! Outside of those few things, I honestly love this place! Iâm from NY and this was definitely a good first move, but I would love to see a few things improve so I can recommend to a few friends looking to move out this way (:

This is after water leak repair... Water coming in from the roof and the door. All I can say is, this apartment is a pretty good indicator of thunderstorm. Never miss one, water leakage every single time.

My friend lives here and itâs overall a quite pleasant place to live. The only concern I have is the maintenance on the amenities, especially the pool. We would love to use it more if it was maintained better. I think if they kept up the upkeep it would improve the quality of life and make it a better place overall. It would also be great if the amenities were open beyond just the regular work week.

Been here almost 2 months, it’s the best. Love it here! Great staff, great community, animal friendly! Lots of amenities!! If you live here...you’re home!! I am fortunate to have found Sahara Apartments!! If you’re looking for a great place to live, come here, it’s incredible!! Thank you ❤️

Lived here for a year and a half. Ida the Property Manager is excellent. Apartments are nicely done, includes a built in microwave and very quiet due to the brick wall construction, cannot hear your neighbor at all. You will love the floors, beautiful and easy to keep clean. There are package lockers for deliveries and the location is convenient. Served my needs for the time I was here. A suggestion would be to choose the location of your apartment in the complex based on what is important to you i.e. Apartments on the top floors do have great views and more privacy.

This is such a cute place to live! Staff are super friendly and helpful! The website could be updated as far as listing apartments as furnished (my only had a twin bed frame upon move in). Amenities are great and it would be nice if hours were extended to 24hr. Complex is safe and Iâm excited to use the pool once it gets fixed.

I have been living in this apartment for seven years, since 2015. And I came here for UA. The apartment was remodeled very well. Also, the maintenance service is excellent. But, here are my comments about the belly trash can services; I know it would be convenient and significant for some people. If the services can be set up as an option, which means who needs the service then pays for $25 each month, that would be awesome. Also, if the grocery delivery staff could have the access code of the front door, it would be more convenient for the renters. Overall, I like this apartment. Have a strong feeling about it, especially in these seven years.
