This is a great place. It’s like paradise. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are the best!! Incredible place to live. If you want a great place to live with a gym, pool tables, big tvs to watch the games, all in one place. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Pepsi machine. Yoga studio, computer room and Incredible people. It’s the best place to rent in Tucson. Before you decide to get another apartment, check out Sahara Apartments. Right between University of Arizona and Pima College Downtown. Can only access Amazon Package Center during business hours, and business hours can change on an hours notice (can't access packages on Sundays. Further, can't access gym or lounge area unless it's during business hours. Have a 9-5 job? You'll never get to play pool, and barely get to use the gym. Soda machines haven't worked for months. Leadership is never proactive when it comes to obvious issues. Vacant apartment balcony door just wide open for weeks. Deliveries, like food deliveries, sitting outside vacant apartment doors for weeks. Gates randomly break. On paper this apartment complex would be great, but it's not. No accountability. Was told when I moved in that they were finding a solution for access to gym/lounge during none business hours. WHEN I MOVED IN I WAS TOLD THIS. My lease agreement is now up... and no solution was found. Also, the valet trash is overpriced, and you can't opt out of it, you just have to deal with it.

They feed people free donuts so people can write a good review of the work. Ridiculous hehe The worst management ever. Rented so many apartments in my life, never met very rude unprofessional managers ever. How they manage this building is incomprehensible, without even limiting the conversation to a non-rough structure. They are nice to you until you got an apartment and signed all the documents. Cockroaches everywhere in the apartment are big like crocodiles, even the laundry room is always closed, the pool is very dirty, the gates are broken all the time, sometimes they work sometimes they donât work. The cameras are set just for the sake of appearance, they are non-working. So think 100 times before signing something here. Plus they donât give your deposit back when you move out, they will rip you off completely. Gave me 49$ back instead of 600$ . My friends have 2 bedroom apartments for 1100$ close to that place, these people charge you 1100$ for tiny studio. Worst decision ever. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. DONâT SIGH ANYTHING WITH THEM

Donât move here absolutely horrible and unprofessional. My move in process was a mess! They gave me the wrong move in price first off and I had to pay more. Not only that my unit was changed last minute and it wasnât even ready and I had to go to work at a certain time. Management is also rude. I wish I never moved here. Thereâs roaches, ants, bugs in my unit as well. I have been paying rent there for 9 months now and I donât even live there! I moved to a different state for work and a better life and asked to my end my lease early offering to pay 2 months rent (which I though was the law!) and they told me no. I have to still pay rent until the end of my lease. I think thatâs ridiculous! Iâm praying and waiting for my 4 months left to be over! Iâm paying for a space Iâm not Iâm even living in also utilities are high and about 200$ and Iâm not even there. Very funny place. Save yourself the mental health and DONT move here! God bless. ðð½

Since meb management took over, they are basically scamming us. Weâre charged $25/mo for valet trash service no one asked for, and currently not in service. Washer and dryer are always out of order. Amenities such as gym and laundry rooms are not 24/7 access. This apartment used to be student friendly with free shuttle service, less rent, and fixed utility fees. I miss those days. Pros: great location, newly renovated, the ladies in the office are helpful and nice, maintenance came quickly. Cons: $1000+/mo (all included) for about 330 sq feet studio. Charges $25/mo for valet trash service that no one uses (Iâm sure they will come up with more âfeesâ to make us pay for nothing). Washer and dryer are always out of service and charges $1.75 each and not 24/7 access. Gym is only available during business hours.

I like that the complex is gated. Maintenance came very soon after we notified them. Ida and Allyiha are very helpful and friendly. Not charging to use the washer and dryer is also a plus. The decks are nice and the pool is an added bonus. The rooms are quiet. I recommend Saraha Apartments.
