I am staying since last 5 months, this is one of my worst experience. Most common problem here is weakly atleast twice wifi not works. The problem is if you ask them then they also just ignore it by telling that we are also facing same problem and we don't know when it will resolve. Then what is the purpose of giving $35 per month for wifi. They are taking valet trash charge but not cleaning the trash. I think there is no logic for staying in this apartment.

Ida the tour guide I believe she is the property manager but I did not ask only my assumption was amazing, she took us step by step through the contract and the potential lease. Her professionalism was unparalleled and we only wish we were a fit at the time we reviewed the property which is a gem ,

Management is very rude, especially Ida. Seek housing elsewhere as the apartments here are dirty and overpriced.

These apartments are perfect for me and aida made the process easy and she gave me a great experience to apply and all my needs and questions. Im giving the apartments 3 star only because the gym is limited to time. I work two jobs and I would love to get home and get my work out in. I exercise everyday it sucks I have to do push ups in my apartment instead of using the equipment. We have key fobs for laundry. Wonder why we can't use those to enter the gym after hours. There's not a 24 hour gym near the area so my one day off I have is basically all I get. I had to request both my jobs to not give me sunday's so I could use the gym a day when it's open. I would also like better internet packages I wouldn't mind paying more for better internet. Besides the gym part, I love where I live! The staff are always in a great mood to help me when I have questions. For staff I give it a 5 star for customer service!

I never usually post reviews but I had to for this one! I absolutely love my little studio everything is so neat and clean and remodeled, the grounds are always kept so nice looking…the crazy affordable prices for such a beautiful community is unmatched…I recently had an unfortunate event occur and they accommodated me completely, the office people are very nice and I don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon at all…will definitely renew when that time comes! 10/10 would recommend

All around excellent from front office, to grounds/maintenance and residents; very welcoming, supportive and get a sense of belonging. Quiet and comfortable wich is great for living in city. Great plus for having a parking lot behind complex.

I never leave bad reviews but this is plain awful. We apply for an apartment, we call them back to ask about our application and they say that our application wasn't in the new system and they were still working it out and that we'll have to wait. So, they tell us to wait, they also tell us we can pay for the apartment when we move in. There is like multiple studios available as well. However, I call back again and they tell us barely anything is available all the sudden, so we couldn't get an apartment because THEIR system broke down? Then they promise they'll get us that apartment, but then the next day they tell us that they only have one available but we'll have to pay for it NOW or next week when i need to move in August, and before they told us we can pay when we move in, now they are telling us we have to pay now. All of the sudden it wasn't true that we can pay when we move.....? Then they couldn't refund our application even though their system is the one that broke down and they completely misled us, we lost 120 DOLLARS. We even tried to get the managers number but apparently they couldn't give it to us? We asked them to email it to us because they have our email, they have not sent an email as of now. All of this seems kind of shady with false promises and broken systems, weirdly we can't complain to the manager. Summary: Their system isn't working so our application wasn't appearing so they tell us to wait but then the apartments we wanted are suddenly gone even though we applied, they made two false promises that we can pay when we move and that they will get us an apartment and accomodate us for this. But this was a lie and they tell us the only way we can get an apartment is to start paying next week when i want to move in August, which i told them multiple times. Even though this is clearly their fault and they completely misled us and its their system that broke we couldn't get our money back and they wouldn't give us the managers number. Weird and shady.
