This was my Preferred place to be when choosing studios in town. Ida sets the tone with ultra-fast responsiveness and prompt to what was needed. Alot of amenities including gated parking new appliances the clubhouse with the pool tables, simply a steal for this price range when considering the competition.

Ida was the best thing about this place. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable! Michelle is unprofessional, not trained and was absolutely no help with any problem. The gate to the gated parking doesnât close all the time, the mailbox is wonky and was left open for anyone to get the mail, always police there or ambulance at least once every two weeks, rent is insanely high for such a small space but it makes sense for the location. Maintenance was fast and respectful. The pool was super nice most of the time, ac works well here, the common areas were usually very clean and the neighbors were respectful as well. Overall wouldnât recommend unless youâre a college student or elderly.

I WAS VISITING A FRIEND THAT LIVES AT SAHARA IDA SEEM TO BE THE ONLY ONE WORKING IN THE OFFICE WOW IS WHAT I CAN SAY SHE IS AMAZING AT HERE JOB SEE NEEDS A RAISE SHE HAS AMAZING WORK ETHIC I THOUGHT SHE WAS THE MANAGER SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP THE RESIDENTS. SHE A GREAT WORKER.

I love this place I came in to tour with a friend and Ida & Michelle are awesome. The maintenance guy that was on top of his job. This is a great place to live.
