Once you finish filling out the application you can save it and then attach it to an e-Mail and send it to us. The application for U.S. citizens and residents can be e-Mailed to us by clicking the e-Mail button on top right corner of the form, as well as by saving and attaching it to an e-Mail.
After you have e-Mailed us the application form, please send
us another e-mail containing the language below:

I have filled out the on-line application to apply for rental of an apartment at the Sahara Apartments. Since the application online does not allow me to sign the application by hand, I am sending this e-Mail to confirm that I wish to proceed with this application and that this e-Mail shall serve as my signature in lieu of my hand written signature.

Application review and approval, lease signing & payment:

There is no charge for Sahara's review of your application and issuance of a preliminary, conditional, approval. However, once your application is approved on a preliminary basis, we will require a non-refundable "Third Party Report Fee" of $70 to obtain credit reports for you and your Guarantor, along with court and criminal background reports for you. So, we will e-mail you an invoice for the $70 non-refundable "Third Party Report Fee". You can pay this fee by sending us a check, made payable to TBM Equities LLC, or you can use the link shown on the invoice to a secure site that will allow you to pay the invoice with your credit card.

If the credit and criminal background reports do not reveal any material inaccuracies in the information that you provided us on your application, then your application will receive final approval.

Once final approval of your application is made, we will e-mail you a lease and an invoice. The invoice will show payment due equal to at least the move-in costs that apply to your situation, and depending on the timing of your application process, you may also be required to pay the first 20% of the total amount of your lease contract.

Once you receive the invoice for your move-in costs, you will have 48 hours to make payment in order to guarantee your space. If there are special circumstances that might require a longer period for you to make payment, you must call and make special arrangements.

If you like to pay with your credit card, the e-Mailed invoice will have a link to a secure site where you can make all the required payments with your credit card.

Once we have received your "move-in costs", this payment shall serve as a "non refundable" holding deposit to guarantee your apartment for you. Then 60 days before the commencement date of your lease, your first payment of 20% of rent must be paid.

If you cancel your reservation after paying the "non-refundable" holding deposit (which is equal to your move-in costs), and the first 20% of rent, or if you do not show up to take possession of your apartment and pay the balance that will be due upon moving in (40% of the total contract price, you will forfeit your "Holding Deposit" as well as the 20% payment.
