Sahara Apartments is a high tech building employing the latest in technology for our fire safety equipment, security cameras, perimeter intrusion protection system, as well as for Internet access by our residents.

 

We have also used “Low Tech” approaches in innovative ways, such as our bicycle program whereby, you give us a “refundable” security deposit and we will give you a bicycle to use while you live at the Sahara. We even repair and maintain the bicycles for free, or exchange it with another one in good working order if necessary.

 

We have now applied the same concept to the iPad and have launched our limited time campaign called “An iPad for every resident”. So we are taking our residents  to the cutting edge of technology, by giving an iPad to every new resident that signs our standard 11.5 month lease.

 

The iPad is yours to use for free while you live at the Sahara, and if it breaks down, we will fix it for free, or give you another one to use. However, if you lose it or it is stolen, you will be responsible for replacing it or paying for the lost unit.

 

All you have to do to get your iPad is sign a lease while this special promotion lasts.  How long will the promotion last would depend on market response and other factors that will affect our decision as to when to stop this campaign.

 

Our standard Leases commence on August 15th, 2010 and terminate on August 1, 2011.

 

Just compare what you get at the Sahara with what you get at the on-campus dorms. Bigger apartments, private baths, a  kitchen in every apartment, shuttle service to UA every half hour, as well as all the other amenities listed on our web site which you will discover as you browse our web site.

 

We give you all this for 11.5 month at a cost that is less than what you pay for 8 months of residency at the on-campus dorms. And, as if all that were not enough, we are now giving you an iPad to use for free while you are at the Sahara.
