How to Book Your Hotel Accommodations at the Sahara
Simply click on this link and send us an e-mail stating the following:
First and last names of all those persons who will be staying at the Sahara
Your phone number
Your permanent address
If you are coming to teach, do research, take a course, or have any other business with the UA, please either provide documentation to that effect or have your contact person at the UA to send us an e-mail confirming that you are travel is related to your business with the University.
If you are a parent coming to visit your son or daughter that lives at the Sahara, please give us his or her name.
If you are coming to UA for orientation, please send us some documentation that shows that is the purpose of your trip.
We will then make your reservation, prepare an invoice, and e-mail the invoice to you. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. If you are making a reservation far in advance, you would not have to make any payments until 30 days prior to your arrival, in order to guarantee your reservation.
If you are coming for the Gem Show, simply state that you will be at the Sahara for the Gem Show.
